Improper PSD setup (Rigging Only option): I will fix, re-cut, or under-paint where necessary. This fee will depend on how much work is necessary.

1. Submit your commission request using the Vtuber Commission Form. (Even if you are just looking to get a price quote, please still fill out the form.)

2. I will reach out to you within 24-48 hours of recieving your inquiry to discuss the details of your commission. If I am interested in taking your commission, I will provide you with a custom price quote for your project, and estimated start / completion time.

3. Once you have approved of the quote and are ready to proceed with the commission, you will be added to my queue.

4. When I am ready to start on your commission, I will contact you and send an Invoice via Paypal.

5. Once I receive (at least a partial) payment, I will sketch out your commission, and send it to you for approval, and make any (reasonable) changes needed.

6. After you have approved of your sketch I will continue work on your model art. You will recieve WIPS as I make progress, to make sure your model is turning out how you want.

7. Once I am finished with the art, I will show you the completed art of your model, for your final approval. Once you’ve approved it, I will then import your model into Live2D to begin rigging.

8. Once I’ve started rigging your model, there will be less WIPS; until I’ve made enough rigging process to actually have movements to show you. (Know I am more than happy to do some streaming/screen sharing for you here and there, to show how progress is going.) If I haven’t mentioned it, you are welcome to ask!

9. Once I am finished with rigging, I will begin testing your model in the tracking program of your choice. I do this to ensure that your model is working, behaving properly, and to check and look for any possible issues/errors in need of correction. I will repeat this step until everything is correct and functioning properly.

10. Once I have finished the tracking tests, your model is ready to be sent to you. However, any remaining amount you owe on your commission is now due, and must be paid before I will send you the model file.

11. Once your model is completely paid off, I will provide you with a Google Drive link to your Model files! Just Download it, and import into your Tracking program of choice.

12. Finally I will ask you to test out your model, and make sure everything is to your liking, and that you’re happy with the results! Once you approve your model, your commission will be marked as complete!

I will send you the initial sketch for approval before moving forward to lines and coloring.

I will send you WIPs of your commission for approval as I progress. Wips will be shared primarily at the the end of each stage: Sketch > Lines > Flats > Shading

Major adjustments / edits to your commission should be asked for during the sketch portion. I'm always willing to correct issues / errors caused by myself further in the process.

Clients who have previously approved of their commission, and then ask for a drastic change down the line may be charged an Edit fee (this will vary depending on the changed requested).

After the model art is completed, I will not do any changes unless they are very minor, or are due to an error by myself.

I will send you updates on progress throughout the project, with videos or gifs attached.

General progress sharing milestones: Eye movement→Mouth movement→Angle X→Angle Y→Full model

After initial completion, I will send the rigged model to you for testing along with the configured settings file for your desired face tracking application (Please know that you may need to do additional configuration/adjustments in your tracking program, to get your desired tracking). If fixes or adjustments are needed, they will be done ASAP.

If you would like additions or new things added to your model at a later time, we can discuss scheduling then. I will prioritize any current commission I am working on over any adjustments or additions for past models.

I work a full time job Monday-Friday in the medical field. Because of this I primarily work on art on the weekends.

I have the right to refuse any project I am not comfortable with accepting.

A commission will not be accepted until I have confirmed details with the client and have decided to take on their project.

Commission Applications will be taken via Google Forms (Vtuber Models) or DM through Discord or Twitter (other commission types). I will usually respond within 24-48 hours, and will let you know if I can accept your commission, and discuss details, or ask if you'd like to be added to my Waitlist.

It can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month window for Commission completion. This is based on the commission type and complexity. This window starts when I begin your project, and not when you take a slot or are added to the waitlist.

Rush orders are subject to an additional fee, that will be calculated based on commission Type/Complexity, and required deadline.

I do accept payment plans, and am happy to work with you to figure out one that will work best for both of us. However, at least a partial payment (Art and/or Rigging) but must be paid upfront before I begin to work on that part of the project.

Once details are confirmed and the commission is ready to be accepted, I will send you an invoice via PayPal for the payment.

Please let me know if this project needs to be kept secret, or if you don't want me sharing progress publicly or livestreaming the art or rigging process.

Unless previously discussed with me, I reserve the right to showcase completed commissions I have worked on, on my social medias for my Portfolio. (with respect to waiting until after debuts and similar situations where the project is to be kept secret until Client is ready to share with the public)

You are always welcome to repost the work I've made for you, I just ask that you please include credit to me where you post it.

✘Do not intensely edit/paint over my work for any reason after the commission is complete. (Editing it into videos is fine, as long as the piece itself remains largely untouched.)

If No work has been started on your commission when you request a cancelation, you will receive a full refund.

If work has begun on your commission and you request a refund, you will only receive a partial refund. (Refund will be based on how much work has been done/is left to do on your commission)
